Meet Taraana
speech pathologist |

work days: Monday - Friday

Taraana joined our team in 2024 after completing her Masters of Speech Pathology at the University of Technology Sydney. In addition to completing her student placements, Taraana sought further experience as a speech pathologist by working
as an Allied Health Assistant during her final year of university.

Outside of work Taraana enjoys going on long walks and painting.

During my undergraduate degree I have always wanted to work in the allied health field and I naturally became curious about speech pathology. After researching about it and speaking with friends who were already practicing in the field I decided this
was the career path for me. Completing Speech Pathology degree and completing clinical placements further solidified my decision as I felt fulfilled working in this profession.

I love being able to work with children and their families to make even a small difference in their lives. Seeing children progress and grow during therapy brings me joy and makes coming to work worth it.

Matlida by Roald Dahl. I can still remember staying up reading ‘Matilda’ until the early hours of the morning when I was 9 years old. It was the very first book that made me really fall in love with reading.
