WSSP provides speech pathology services within education settings utilising a collaborative, multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS). In a MTSS, a response to intervention (RTI) framework is utilised in a tiered approach. This ensures that speech pathologists are involved in preventative supports at the tier 1 (universal level) that also seek to build capacity through collaboration with education professionals. At the tier 2 (targeted) and tier 3 (tailored) interventions, children who show limited response to tier 1 supports are provided with additional opportunities for learning within small groups or individually.

We are committed to outcome driven speech pathology services within education settings. We collaborate with education professional to develop and implement outcome measures and share outcomes regularly with our stakeholders.
